The Team
Kaleidoscope is run by a qualified and experienced childcare supervisor who is assisted by a team of suitably qualified and experienced staff. All staff are DBS checked and also hold first aid and food hygiene certificates.
Sarah Purvis is the designated person for Safeguarding and Child Protection and in her absence the Deputy Supervisor fulfils this role.

Sarah joined Kaleidoscope in 2010 and also works at Browick Road as a HLTA. Sarah was appointed Supervisor in September 2014 and has worked hard to manage the imminent changes to all of our local schools ensuring that Kaleidoscope caters for children of all ages with a wide range of activities. Sarah loves working with the children to choose new and exciting resources and games!
Emma Maxam
Deputy Supervisor
Emma has worked at Kaleidoscope since January 2016. She has worked at Browick Road Primary for the last 6 years as a teaching assistant. Emma is spontaneous and interactive with children of all ages!
Karen Zammit Reeder
Deputy Supervisor
Karen has been part of the team since 2014. After taking a year out in 2017 Karen returned to Kaleidoscope in November 2018. Karen has 20 years of experience of working with children of all ages. She loves all messy activities, music and cooking!
David Rackham
Playworker
David is our Forest School Leader and loves the outdoors. He also works at Browick Road Primary School as a Teaching Assistant. David has an interest in playing and teaching guitar, playing rugby and magic!
Anna Bright
Treasurer
Anna has worked at Kaleidoscope since 2012 and is a wizz at Maths! She is the first port of call for all invoicing questions. She works alongside the team setting budgets and listening to the children's ideas of new resources they may want for the club.
